I found this handbook extremely helpful and genuinely believe it supported me in securing my Assistant Psychologist position. It clearly explains the AP pathway and offers practical guidance on applications and interviews, helping me present my experience with confidence and clarity. I’d highly recommend it to anyone aspiring to an Assistant Psychologist role.
I have been struggling for 3 years to understand and implement reflective practice and found several resources but they were too ambiguous. This one helps to explain it in an easy to understand format, while providing space for some guided reflections within.

I was struggling to find work since I graduated in 2023. I didnt start actively looking until around 6 months ago for NHS roles relating to Psychology.
